This policy explains how Azure Haven Limassol collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, contact us or stay at our apartment in Bayview Gardens, Germasogeia, Limassol, Cyprus. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Cyprus data protection law (Law 125(I)/2018).
1. Who we are
Azure Haven Limassol is operated by SADGUR LIMITED, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 496461. SADGUR LIMITED is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Data we collect
- Booking details. All reservations are made through Airbnb. Airbnb shares with us the information we need to host you, such as your name, number of guests, dates of stay and messages you send us. Payments are processed by Airbnb; we never receive your card details.
- Guest registration. Cyprus law requires accommodation providers to register guests. Before arrival we ask each guest for their full name, nationality, date of birth and passport or ID details.
- Communications. If you call us or message us by WhatsApp, phone or Airbnb, we keep the content of those messages and your contact details.
- Stay-related information. Arrival and departure times, the electricity meter reading where applicable, and any reports of damage or maintenance issues.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To manage your booking and stay (performance of a contract).
- To register guests as required by Cyprus law (legal obligation).
- To answer your questions before or during your stay (legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To protect our property and guests, including handling damage claims and the security deposit (legitimate interest).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share data with
- Airbnb, which handles bookings and payments under its own privacy policy.
- Cyprus public authorities, where the law requires it, for example for guest registration or tax purposes.
- Service providers who help us run the apartment and this website, such as cleaning and maintenance staff, our accountant and our web host. They only receive what they need and must keep it confidential.
Some providers, such as Airbnb, WhatsApp and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers are protected by safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Guest registration data: for the period required by Cyprus law.
- Booking and accounting records: up to 7 years, as required for tax purposes.
- Messages and enquiries that did not lead to a booking: up to 12 months.
After these periods we delete or anonymise the data.
6. How we protect your data
We keep personal data to a minimum, store copies of identity documents securely, and limit access to the people who need it. Identity documents are not shared with anyone except where the law requires.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

8. Children
